Delivery & Policy Information

PEP Delivery via PAXI:

• R70 for standard delivery (7–9 business days) usually takes 2 Weeks

• R120 for express delivery (3–5 business days) — recommended

SMS and pin for collection will all be sent to receiver of package.

Important:

Please note that the R10 fee serves as insurance to protect your parcel against loss or damage. If any issues arise, we promptly reach out to Paxi for assistance.

This delivery method uses PAXI, which sends parcels from our nearest PEP store to your preferred PEP store. To avoid delays, please provide your preferred PAXI point or store code at checkout.

• R10 insurance fee is included to cover loss or damage during transit.

• We will contact PAXI directly if any issues arise with your parcel.

• We are not responsible for parcels discarded by PEP due to missed collections.
